Egramming GmbH, a German payment processor, has been accused of facilitating scams and has been issued a Cease and Desist Order by BaFin, the German financial regulator. The company allegedly accepted funds from private individuals and transferred them to foreign accounts, including those of unlicensed trading platforms such as Capital Coin Exchange. Egramming is registered in Berlin and has Maykal Petrov, a Bulgarian citizen, as its sole director. The Capital Coin Exchange scam, operated by UK-registered Direct Coin Ltd, has since disappeared with investors’ money.
