Jubiter Technologies OÜ, a crypto payment processor and exchange operator, received a license from the Estonian FIU in May 2018. In 2019, they announced a Bitcoin-based debit card in partnership with PowerCard21. However, the card is no longer available. In February 2020, Jubiter’s license was either revoked or renounced.The brand and platform were then transferred to a new operator in Slovakia called Global DLT Exchange S.R.O. This new operator was registered in September 2020 and is headed by Richard Brockhume, a 76-year-old German. Brockhume is also the sole registered director of Jubiter Technologies OÜ.The Slovakian FIU has granted the new entity a crypto license, and the company is also registered as a money transmitter with the U.S. FinCen. The company also operates the crypto payment processor brand and platform Coindeck.
