Berlin Startup Integral Raises €6.3 Million to Revolutionize SME Accounting Services

Berlin-based startup Integral has secured €6.3 million in a funding round led by General Catalyst and Cherry Ventures, with participation from Puzzle Ventures and European entrepreneurs. The company, founded by Lukas Zörner (ex-Penta and Qonto Germany) and technical lead Anil Baykal, aims to transform accounting, taxation, and payroll services for SMEs.

Integral’s platform integrates AI tools, a central collaboration hub, and direct connections to financial tools, enabling SMEs to outsource these services entirely. The startup targets German SMEs in the professional services sector, offering solutions that save time and streamline operations.

Zörner stated, “Traditional self-service software requires significant effort from SMEs. We aim to be their trusted partner, leveraging AI to make these processes faster and smarter.”

The funding will support product development and the expansion of Integral’s team in Berlin.
