BNY has strengthened its compliance and risk management framework by implementing Behavox Quantum, an AI-driven platform for monitoring electronic and voice communications. The solution, delivered as a SaaS offering, provides surveillance across BNY’s multiple communication channels and supports more than 16 languages.

The rollout marks a strategic step in BNY’s ongoing efforts to enhance its holistic approach to risk management, particularly in an environment of increasing regulatory scrutiny and complex communication ecosystems within financial services.
