Revolut Opens Job Recruitment Tool to Companies on LinkedIn

Revolut has integrated its in-house recruitment platform, Revolut People, with LinkedIn, allowing companies to streamline their hiring processes directly from the social media platform.

Revolut has announced the integration of its in-house recruitment platform, Revolut People, with LinkedIn, enabling companies to manage their application and hiring processes directly from the business and employment-focused social media platform.

Revolut People, the super-app’s comprehensive people management platform, offers a suite of HR, performance, and recruitment tools. Companies subscribing to the fee-based system can now utilize Google Workspace to schedule interviews and manage email communications from a single console.

The platform features an application tracking system for screening CVs and managing job pipelines. It also includes templates and e-sign integration for creating and sending job offers. Additionally, companies can track new-joiner performance with tools that measure skills and competency on the job.

Revolut has successfully used this program to hire over 10,000 staff globally and plans to expand its headcount by a further 40% this year. The company reported receiving over one million job applications worldwide in 2023.

“This platform has been the internal powerhouse behind Revolut‘s dream team, helping us grow from 250 to 10,000 employees over the last 5 years,” states Revolut. “Now other companies can use it to grow, too.”

With this new integration, companies can leverage Revolut’s proven recruitment tools to streamline their hiring processes and efficiently manage their workforce, directly through LinkedIn.
