It combines a wide range of countertop, wireless, and mobile terminals with a payment gateway to allow in-person and online payments using credit cards, debit cards, or e-check (ACH) payments. It is now replaced by Global Payments’ Unified Commerce Platform, which offers the same functionality. TSYS provides several EMV-compliant Ingenico and Verifone credit card machines and PIN pads, including both wired and wireless models.
The proprietary TSYS Gateway can process card-not-present transactions and also in-person (i.e., card-present) transactions with an optional USB-connected magstripe card reader.
