Valu Partners with ShipBlu and PayTabs Egypt to Revolutionize eCommerce Payments

Valu teams up with ShipBlu and PayTabs Egypt to offer Payment-on-Delivery for eCommerce orders, promoting cashless transactions

Valu, a leading FinTech company in the MENA region, has announced a partnership with ShipBlu and PayTabs Egypt to modernize payment methods for eCommerce deliveries. This collaboration will allow Valu customers to pay for their online orders through ShipBlu’s myBlu app, even when the seller is not part of the Valu merchant network. The payments will be processed securely via Payment-on-Delivery (PoD), powered by PayTabs Egypt.

This partnership supports Egypt’s shift toward a cashless society by offering Valu customers more flexibility in how they pay for eCommerce purchases. Shipments delivered by ShipBlu can now be paid for using Valu’s financing services through the myBlu app, which also supports multiple payment methods, including credit and debit cards, QR code payments, and eWallets.

Motaz Lotfy, Senior Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Valu, highlighted the importance of this collaboration in bridging the gap between traditional cash-on-delivery models and digital payment methods. Ali Nasser, Co-Founder and CEO of ShipBlu, emphasized that the shift from “Cash on Delivery” to “Payment on Delivery” will greatly improve convenience for shoppers and help shippers expand their customer base. Haytham Morsy, Commercial Country Manager of PayTabs Egypt, reiterated the company’s commitment to enhancing eCommerce payment solutions.
