Zocks Raises $13.8 Million for AI-Driven Financial Advisor Platform

Zocks, an AI-powered client intelligence platform for financial advisors, has secured 13.8 million in a Series A funding round led by Motive Ventures. The round included participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Expanse Venture Partners, Entreˊe Capital, and 14 Peaks, following 5.5 million seed round.

Zocks uses AI to analyze client conversations, creating comprehensive household-level profiles and automating tasks like form filling and action item identification. The platform integrates with CRM systems while maintaining privacy standards, saving advisors an average of 45 minutes per client meeting.

Since its launch in early 2024, Zocks has onboarded over 1,000 advisory firms and partnered with fintechs like Wealthbox, Redtail, and Practifi. The funding will support the development of AI agents for email responses, account applications, and form processing, as well as advanced analytics and European expansion.

CEO Mark Gilbert stated, “The future of wealth management lies in harnessing unstructured client data. This investment accelerates our AI-driven innovation and ensures Zocks remains the industry’s leading solution for client intelligence.”
