Once you have downloaded the Superdigital app or accessed the website, follow these steps to open your account:
1. Click on the “Open your account” button.
2. Fill in your personal information, including your full name, CPF (Brazilian tax ID), date of birth, and email address.
3. Create a password for your account.
4. Provide your mobile phone number and confirm it.
5. Choose a security question and provide an answer.
6. Agree to the terms and conditions of the Superdigital account.
7. Verify your identity by uploading a photo of your ID document (RG or CNH) and taking a selfie.
8. Once your identity is verified, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
9. Set up your Superdigital card by choosing a card design and providing your delivery address.
10. Wait for your Superdigital card to be delivered to your address.
11. Activate your card by following the instructions provided in the card package.
12. Once your card is activated, you can start using your Superdigital account to make purchases, receive and transfer money, and withdraw cash at Banco24Horas ATMs.
