(PSP) has announced its acquisition of NCR Atleos’ debit card production and transaction processing business in Canada, expanding its reach among credit unions, financial institutions, and payment networks across the country. The assets will integrate with PSP’s HLX™ unified commerce platform, enhancing its service portfolio for Canadian clients.
The acquisition aligns with PSP’s growth strategy, aiming to support credit unions and financial institutions with advanced, tailored payment solutions.
