Dedge Security Secures €4m to Advance Web3-Focused ASPM Platform

Spanish cybersecurity startup Dedge Security has raised €4m in seed funding to accelerate development of its pioneering application security posture management (ASPM) platform designed specifically for the Web3 ecosystem. The round was led by venture capital firm Tritemius and will support team expansion, product development, and scaling efforts.

Founded by cybersecurity veterans Rubén Jiménez and Paco Moral—formerly of Randed, which was acquired by Netskope—Dedge Security delivers a full-stack ASPM solution that protects smart contracts, dApps, and blockchain infrastructure from development through on-chain deployment.

Its platform integrates AppSec and DevOps to offer real-time visibility, automated intelligence, and continuous protection across the software lifecycle. Dedge positions itself as the first ASPM purpose-built for Web3, aiming to set new standards in a sector still maturing in terms of security.

CEO Rubén Jiménez said the funding will accelerate Dedge’s goal to become the go-to security partner for Web3 developers, enterprises, and institutions. Tritemius co-founder Luis Pastor highlighted Dedge’s seasoned team and its potential to lead Web3’s cybersecurity evolution as key reasons for the firm’s backing.
