JPMorgan Launches UK Fintech Forward Accelerator Programme

JPMorgan has officially opened applications for its Fintech Forward accelerator programme in the UK, targeting early-stage startups with live products in the financial services space. Run in collaboration with EY, the 12-week hybrid programme is designed to support founders leveraging technology to build scalable fintech solutions.

To be eligible, applicants must have a product already in-market showing signs of traction and annual revenue under £1 million. The programme offers expert mentorship from JPMorgan executives, immersive workshops with industry specialists, and a two-day offsite at the bank’s tech centre in Glasgow.

Participants will also gain exposure to investors and potential commercial partners, and may attend the prestigious Slush event in Helsinki — a global hub for startup founders and innovation.

The programme aims to reach a diverse range of entrepreneurs, especially those with limited access to funding and networks or serving underserved markets.

Veronique Steiner, head of EMEA Innovation Economy and EMEA eCommerce, Tech, Media, and Telecom at JPMorgan Payments, said the initiative is part of the bank’s broader mission to improve the payments ecosystem and empower founders solving real-world financial challenges.
